30X XPE Foam Sheet
Our 30X is a lightweight, low-density grade in our cross-linked polyethylene (XPE) foam range, engineered for excellent shock absorption and cushioning. With a density of just 30±3 kg/m³, it compresses easily to absorb impacts and vibration, making it ideal for protecting valuable or fragile items in packaging, case inserts, and transit applications, while its closed-cell structure keeps it resistant to moisture and durable over time.
The 30X also delivers the best insulation performance in our range, with a K value of ≤0.041 w/m·k, making it well suited to thermal insulation and underlay applications where low weight and superior heat resistance are priorities. Its closed-cell construction keeps water absorption to ≤0.05 g/cm³, while a tensile strength of ≥0.25/0.2 MPa and elongation of ≥140/130% give it the flexibility to conform to curved or irregular surfaces without tearing.
