We use the latest in CAD/CAM software and CNC Equipment to produce quality foam inserts, depending on your design and application we can use either one of our CNC Router or Waterjet cutters to machine your insert. We can even engrave your logo or any other necessary text/image into the foam for branding or item labeling.

From here, there are a few ways you can design your foam insert.

Either select from our database of cases where you can either purchase the case and foam, or foam only if you have a case you want to re-purpose.

We have a fancy photo tracing tool to take out the guess work, just take a photo, upload it, and give it the width and depth dimensions. Its that simple!

 

If your looking at large quantities for production runs, you can either design your foam on mycasebuilder.co.nz and send us the file ID number found in the top left corner for us to quote on after, get us to design your insert for you (which will have a design fee) or send us an existing file you have designed in your own CAD software.

 

If you want us to design your foam for you, Its always best to come in and talk to us (when possible) about your design before purchasing your case to ensure the correct sized case is chosen for your application.

  

We use only the highest quality materials, Plastazote LD29 grade foam as standard with a LD45 High Density top layer. This is suitable for most applications - Including display cases.

We also offer other Plastizote grades along with a range of EVA, PE and Etha foam for certain applications.
