Our Thermwood CS45 CNC router is at the heart of our factory.
This beast of a machine is how we cut all of our Roadcases and was the start of us manufacturing Foam Inserts.
With the capacity to hold 12 tools for various jobs and cutting requirements, 7 on the rear and 5 on the head we are able to cut almost anything that gets thrown at us.

Waterjet Cutter.
In late 2019 we were lucky enough to be able to step-up our game for manufacturing Foam Inserts with the addition of our OMAX Waterjet.
With this machine, cutting foam has never been so clean. When it comes to Foam Inserts nothing else compares to the cut quality of a Waterjet.
